    If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, we will arrange a collection.  If it is in the condition, we sent it out in, a refund will be issued.

  • Are there any restrictions on returning or exchanging certain sports goods?
    If the goods are not returned in the same condition they were sent out in, or if the order was received over 30 days ago, no refund will be issued.
